CLO Pricing Preferences – Chief Legal Officer Survey 2013
Altman Weil has released its 2013 Chief Legal Officer Survey, with lots of interesting data for corporate law departments as well as the law firms that serve them. One of the most surprising survey findings involves pricing. When asked about preferred outside counsel pricing scenarios, survey participants overwhelmingly indicated that their preference is not for the lowest price they can get.
