Outside Directors in Large Law Firms: Altman Weil Flash Survey
In late summer 2003, Altman Weil Surveyed the 200 largest US law firms to learn if their primary governing group includes any ‘outside directors’ (i.e. directors who are neither partners nor employees of the firm). Additional questions probed the circumstances surrounding this issue. The responses – from 26% of the firms surveyed – are presented here.
